I exchanged my first pair of shoes for another, but the replacement I received was of poor quality and showed clear signs of previous use. I paid an additional $33 on top of the $169 store credit I received. I also lost $22 in value due to the exchange.
Now, I've requested another exchange, but was only given the option to return—and was refunded only $30. This feels incredibly unfair and misleading.

First and only pair that I ordered is not the quality I expected. The heel of right shoe is collapsing after the first time I wore the shoes. The return policy is voided when the shoes are worn so I can get a replacement pair.
I tried to cancel my order as I didn't get the special that was expected. I was not able, it was already shipped. Well, I'm glad I received them as they are the most comfortable shoes I own! The look better than expected too.
